Sunday funday
Not really.
I wish they’d stop giving me the damn 8:30am to 4:30pm shifts on Sunday.. I really don’t mind long shifts, but working all day every Sunday is so lame. Especially when no one that you talk to is working that day. Also I don’t know if Target knows this, but no one really goes shopping on Sunday! Or buys hot dogs..
Oh, speaking of hot dogs, I had a few dumb customers today.
- Customer number one walks into the dark snack bar at 8:32am, which was like 5 seconds after I got there. He says to me “Hot dog.” and I’m like “Oh, I don’t have hot dogs ye-” “Why not?!” “We don’t open until 9…” “Well, how was I supposed to know?!” I dunno, dude.. I thought the fact that you saw me walk in here, and the lights being off were enough.
- Customer two has done this three times before. She shows up as soon as I turn the lights on and asks me for a hot dog…
- And the final customer asked me if we sold hot dogs while standing right in front of the grill.
And there’s more after that, but we’d be here for hours if I told you about all of them.
